Before defining my values, I was often critical of myself while giving others the benefit of the doubt. Now, those scales are balancing: I trust my intuition regarding others and afford myself more grace for mistakes. This heightened awareness keeps me grounded and present. I’ve moved past the shame of holding non-conformist views. Today, I embrace my perspectives with confidence, using discernment rather than a need to convince others.
